Tenant Rep vs. Listing Agent
Listing agents represent building owners — their job is to place you into their inventory. A tenant representative works for the business owner and filters the market to find options that fit.

Broker
Andrew Robinson
Andrew’s real estate career started in January 2011, gaining knowledge across multiple parts of the industry. He became a broker in January 2018 and launched TC Pro Realty, which evolved into TC Pro CRE.
He has worked alongside a veteran commercial tenant representative with over 35 years of experience, accelerating his knowledge of tenant-side representation.
Andrew is also a licensed general contractor (since 2014), bringing a practical perspective on build-out feasibility, renovation work, and move planning.
